Baker Street Properties is a local residential and commercial real estate development company that promotes reponsible growth through the use of sustainable practices in Park City, Utah and the surrounding area.  Our last project, Tahoma, was an in-fill townhouse development that was one of the first green certified projects in Park City. Baker Street Properties is also a Keller Williams Park City Real Estate affiliate and a member of the local Park City Board of Realtors, the Park City Area Home Builders Association and Build Green Utah.
