Baker Street Properties is a local residential and commercial real estate development company.  Bill Salmon founded Baker Street in 2004 to pursue his passion for sustainable development and to build a company with a reputation for quality, creativity and customer service. As the Principal of Baker Street, Bill brings an extensive background in both commercial and residential real estate to his projects, investors and clients.

Prior to founding Baker Street, Bill served as the Vice President of Development at Simeon Commercial Properties in San Francisco.  Bill's career also includes positions in Washington, DC with CarrAmerica, Arthur Andersen's Real Estate Services Group and Grubb & Ellis.  All together, Bill has spent more than 18 years in real estate investment, development, consulting, asset management, sales, leasing, and property management.

Baker Street Properties is actively pursuing new development and investment opportunities in the Park City and Summit County areas of Utah.  In addition, Baker Street Properties is a Keller Williams Park City Real Estate Affiliate and Bill Salmon is a licensed REALTOR® in the State of Utah.
