Tahoma - Park City, UtahTahoma is a green certified, in-fill townhouse development located in Park City, Utah. Construction was completed in 2008 with a total market value of $4.9 million. Baker Street Properties acquired the unlisted, in-fill property from a local land owner, obtained all the necessary entitlements, secured debt and equity financing, managed the construction and coordinated the green building certification process. Tahoma was also the first green certified residential development project in Park City. |

The Fremont - Washington, DCThe Fremont is a condominium conversion and renovation project located in the Logan Circle neighborhood of Washington, DC. The renovation was completed in 2005 with a total market value of $2.8 million. Baker Street Properties acquired the building from a local non-profit, secured debt and equity financing, coordinated the condominium conversion process, completed the building renovation and sold all six units within thrity days of substantial completion. |
