11 Orchard - Portland, Maine
11orchard is a "build-to-suit" development project located in Portland, Maine's historic West End neighborhood. Baker Street Properties has teamed up with Kaplan Thompson Architects to offer three discerning home buyers the opportunity to custom design their own townhouse. Initial design concepts for this residential infill lot include three LEED certified townhomes, each with four levels of custom designed modern living space.
Tahoma - Park City, Utah
Tahoma is an in-fill townhouse development project located in Park City, Utah. Construction was completed in 2008 with a total market value of $4.9 million. Upon completion, Tahoma was certified green by Build Green Utah, Built Green Colorado and the Energy Star New Home program. Tahoma also has the distinction of being the first green certified residential development in Park City. Baker Street Properties acquired the unlisted, in-fill property from a local investor, obtained all the necessary entitlements, secured debt and equity financing, managed the construction and coordinated the green building certifcation process. The townhomes are currently listed for sale.
The Fremont - Washington, DC
The Fremont is a condominum conversion and rennovation project located in the Logan Circle neighborhood of Washington, DC. The renovation was completed in 2005 with a total market value of $2.8 million. Baker Street Properties acquired the building from a local non-profit, secured debt and equity financing, cordinated the condominium conversion process, completed the building renovation and sold all six units within thrity days of substantial completion.
